I installed the game, then I let it update and I cannot run it. When I run the game, I get the above error. First I click the icon and it launches. Then, I select Play and I receive an error message in a windows labeled "ActControl Software Activation Service". The body of the message states: "Internal error (error code: 0xE2003053). Close all applications and try again. If this does not help, press "Error report" and send the report to product customer support."
This is fine, and I created the error report, but how do I find customer support? Its not listed anywhere on the website, and I don't have a box since I purchased the downloaded version.
I have attached the Text file for review of the error report.
My system is Windows 8.1 Pro (64-bit), 4GB Ram, Intel i5 3317U (1.7GHz) CPU, Intel HD Graphics Adapter 4000.
I also tried following the posting of updating and changing the permissions, but that lead nowhere. I still receive the same issue.
